Founded in May 2024 by Matthew Fisher and Chris O’Neill, Trinity Builds Yorkshire Ltd emerged from a shared vision to enhance the construction industry. With over a decade of experience, both founders recognised the potential for delivering superior service and quality.

Matthew Fisher brings extensive experience as a former Senior Project Manager at a major construction firm, where he managed a diverse portfolio valued at £250 million. His responsibilities encompassed overseeing large-scale projects, including significant developments for clients such as Morrisons. Matthew’s role involved coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project delivery met stringent timelines, budgets, and quality standards. His strategic oversight and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in delivering complex construction projects successfully.

Chris O’Neill has a robust background in managing projects for leading sporting brands, including Adidas, Nike, and Sports Direct. In his capacity as a project manager, Chris was responsible for the end-to-end execution of retail fit-outs and refurbishments across various locations in the UK. His duties included liaising with design teams, managing construction schedules, and ensuring that each project aligned with the brand’s identity and customer expectations. Chris’s meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality have consistently resulted in the successful delivery of high-profile retail environments.

Our in-house team comprises approximately 20 skilled professionals, including tradespeople and a robust administrative support staff. While we primarily rely on our employees, we collaborate with trusted partners for specialised tasks beyond our core competencies.

Our clientele ranges from homeowners to commercial property owners. We’ve successfully completed diverse projects, from million-pound barn conversions to club refurbishments.
